These are the standard terms and conditions of Graduate Kick Start Pty Ltd (ACN: 644 717 519) trading as Graduate Kickstart. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and a separate proposal document or email from an authorized representative of Graduate Kickstart, the terms of the proposal document or email will prevail.
Graduate Kickstart is an online community and engagement platform for prospective employers to connect and engage with students with a view to prospective employment. Employers are able to set up a profile on gradkickstart.com.au and engage with the student community in various ways online (eg. via groups, hosting events and/or advertising their vacant job roles to the Graduate Kickstart community).
Fees. Unless agreed and set out differently in the proposal document, our platform fees are:

GST. Unless expressly stated to be inclusive of GST, all consideration payable for the supply of goods, services or other things under this agreement has been calculated exclusive of GST. Where GST is imposed on a supply made pursuant to this agreement, the recipient of the supply must pay, in addition to the GST exclusive consideration, an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
Invoicing. Monthly fees are invoiced 12 months in advance, 90 days after registering on the platform and will be automatically renewed on the 12 month anniversary unless the company formally cancels their subscription by email to GKS. Advertisements will be invoiced at the time of placement on the site by the company.
Payment terms. Strictly 7 days from date of the invoice.
